More than 24 hours’ notice
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled online up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be fully refunded.

Less than 24 hours’ notice
The online cancellation and rescheduling link will no longer be available within 24 hours of your appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the booked appointment value. For appointments booked as part of a package, one session credit will be forfeited.

No-shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the booked appointment value. For package appointments, one session credit will be forfeited.
